Rob is an innovative, resourceful, and dedicated executive with over thirty years of leadership and success in the retail and wholesale industries. Rob was a buyer at some of the top US retailers. In these roles, Rob balanced proven excellence in sales, account management, marketing, trend analysis, analytics and brand management. He has extensive experience in multi-channel retail, product development, sourcing, assortment planning/management, and visual merchandising. 

In addition to being the founder and Chief Executive of Deveraux Enterprise Group, Rob is also co-owner of Beyond Borders MFG Group which specializes in the development, design and sourcing of apparel products from Mexico and Latin America to the U S market.
